Vellum Vellum refers to any paper, which is not 100% cotton. If the stock is referred to as "Translucent Vellum", it is a sheer sheet. If the invitation is referred to simply as "vellum", it is not "translucent vellum". Please inquire with our Customer Service Department for additional details. |
